Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Rechnungseingang (SaaS, receive-side e-invoice processing).

The subject is the provision of the service for receipt, validation and archiving of inbound invoices.

A contract is formed upon registration (sign-in via magic link).

A 14-day trial period applies.

Basic €4.90/month, Pro €9/month (excl. VAT); payment via Stripe (SEPA/card).

Cancellable at any time; after termination an offboarding export window applies.

Invoices are retained per statutory retention periods; deletion during the period is excluded.
